In home or virtual. The one hour prenatal session will go into normal infant behavior and hunger cues, how to know if your baby is drinking well & getting enough, positioning and latching techniques, common problems and solutions, what to do if your baby won't latch, etc.
In home breastfeeding consult in the comfort of your own home. I will go over your prenatal, birth and postpartum history, and your experience with breastfeeding/infant feeding. A full infant feeding assessment will be completed during the consult, a complete oral/motor function assessment of baby, as well as pre/post feeding weights. I will provide breastfeeding support to help you meet your breastfeeding goals.
Will include 1 prenatal education session and 2 in-home lactation consultation sessions post delivery
In-home consult. You may be an exclusive pumping mama, you may want to pump occasionally or you may be returning to work and you need help going over your pump, flange size, bottle introduction and milk storage.

The Lactation Network helps moms and moms-to-be get the breastfeeding support they deserve, covered by their insurance. The Lactation Network guarantees every mother four 90-minute, in-home and virtual lactation consultations with a registered IBCLC, like me, at no out of pocket cost. They handle the paperwork and bill your insurance directly. If Lactation Network does not participate with your insurance, or you do not want to work with them, you can still schedule consults with me. You would pay up front and at the end of our visit, would receive a superbill receipt we provide to file for possible reimbursement from your insurance. I accept any form of payment including HSA, FSA, debit & credit.
