Breastfeeding can be challenging and many moms find that they could use a little help from a breastfeeding specialist at some point during their journey. A 1:1 consult is the perfect opportunity to get the help and advice needed to create a successful breastfeeding experience. The sooner we can meet and address your concerns, the better! Many breastfeeding issues can be solved during these consults, and we want to get you on track and help you meet those breastfeeding goals as soon as possible.
Common issues that would benefit from a consult include but are not limited to:
*I’m so excited to announce that I’ve officially partnered with @LactationNetwork! This is an incredible organization that helps moms and moms-to-be get the breastfeeding support they deserve, covered by their insurance.
The Lactation Network guarantees every mother 6, 90-minute, in-home or virtual lactation consultations with a registered IBCLC, like me, at no out of pocket cost. They handle the paperwork and bill your insurance directly.

**If your insurance is not accepted by Lactation Network, I will collect payment at time of booking, and can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Most of my clients find they can be reimbursed for some, if not all of their appointments after the session.
Please send me a message with any questions, comments, or scheduling inquiries you may have. For immediate breastfeeding concerns or questions, you can email me at kaelythompson@themodernwaylactation.com
Some breastfeeding challenges can be resolved in one visit and others take some time. I will work with you to help best meet your needs. Clients who participate in a comprehensive virtual or in-home visit will have continued support via email or phone for 2 weeks following our visit.
